Robotic Demolition Arm

The latest addition to the company is the robotic demolition arm. This innovation has transformed the traditional method for the removal of overhead material and allows the descaling and demolition work in areas such as the preheater tower through the use of remote-control manoeuvring. Essentially, this reduces many of the health and safety risks associated with this work and allows the descaling work to be completed in a safe and efficient way. Some of the reduced risks include risks to human health, dust inhalation, burns, entrapment, vibration from manual tools over prolonged periods and much more, meaning that is a great addition. The number of workers involved and the task time is reduced considerably.
